Brecht De Swert helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Brecht De Swert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute of the match, Zenon Wawro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeroen Robijns was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 14 minutes into the game, Henri Langendonckx was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Les Presidents FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave QxQ Torun the free kick. The supporters of QxQ Torun booed when Les Presidents FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Langendonckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Aleks Para in the 18th minute really tested Jeroen Robijns's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 20 minutes, Aleks Para mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the QxQ Torun and the Les Presidents FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iwan Wodaszak to make the kick off. Zenon Wawro took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeroen Robijns. Jeroen Robijns dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Jeroen Robijns didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zenon Wawro went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Les Presidents FC defense, Zenon Wawro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeroen Robijns. The Les Presidents FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeroen Robijns should have stopped the shot. Bartosz Luty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brecht De Swert, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Bobby De Maerschalck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Luty having to interfere. Jeroen Robijns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Wawro, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 95 minutes, Bobby De Maerschalck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Les Presidents FC and the QxQ Torun players grew even worse after the yellow card.
