In the 18th match minute, Loco Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lapurdi Macias to maneuver through the defense. In the 19thth minute of the game Antonio Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loco Team FC's Teyo Guiral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Antonio Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teyo Guiral was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Antonio Gol sped through Loco Team FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teyo Guiral. If Gualter Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the game, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Antonio Gol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teyo Guiral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Calisto Olozaga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Pereira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Miguel Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calisto Olozaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loren Hesles was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. Miguel Pereira was a little too slow when Ysidro Cuenllas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-2. Teyo Guiral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Hoffmann in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Gol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antonio Gol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Teyo Guiral skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 53 minutes into the game, Navarro Atienza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Loco Team FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATHLETICO PRaiano the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, Loco Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Navarro Atienza to maneuver through the defense. The ATHLETICO PRaiano fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when ATHLETICO PRaiano's Antonio Gol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 66th minute, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Gualter Hoffmann dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Teyo Guiral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Gol in the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Mark Talavera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Gol might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teyo Guiral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Gol ran back to his position shaking his head. When Robustiano Echarriza fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Loco Team FC's protests and gave Robustiano Echarriza a yellow card for diving instead. Robustiano Echarriza hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Teyo Guiral made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Antonio Gol sent off a good shot on target. Loco Team FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when João Vítor Berger scored to the left of an out of position Teyo Guiral, making the score, 2-5. João Vítor Berger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Teyo Guiral made a huge save. The ATHLETICO PRaiano supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ATHLETICO PRaiano would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
