Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Smolarek in the 4th minute of the match. A.D. Alcorcón's Natxo Cacheres quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tomasz Gorzkiewicz, made in the 5th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Ilie Dumitrescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maurino Serena. The goal made the score 1-0. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liam Hähner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spartan FC Mogilany's Iker Cavia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 11th minute of play. With his leg Maurino Serena managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Spartan FC Mogilany's Konstanty Smolarek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 15th minute Spartan FC Mogilany were awarded a corner. Konstanty Smolarek went to the cornerflag to take it. Spartan FC Mogilany's Dawid Luty came free and shot a quick shot against goal 16 minutes in the game, fortunately Maurino Serena had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After 19 minutes, Arcadio Ramiréz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.D. Alcorcón and the Spartan FC Mogilany players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to A.D. Alcorcón getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Arcadio Ramiréz hit a great ball. After taking down the ball on Spartan FC Mogilany's corner Konstanty Smolarek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maurino Serena quite easily take care of the ball. Liam Hähners short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Maurino Serena to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 31 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Martins came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Diogo Martins made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurino Serena was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Ilie Dumitrescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Spartan FC Mogilany's Ilie Dumitrescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurino Serena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilie Dumitrescu in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ilie Dumitrescu to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmar Mayor during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Delmar Mayor hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Konstanty Smolarek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Smolarek in the 55th minute of play. Belo Alvarez in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iker Cavia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Spartan FC Mogilany's Iker Cavia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Smolarek came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Martins in the 67th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Erlantz Bermejo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Dumitrescu in the 80th minute of play. After 80 minutes, Diogo Martins made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ilie Dumitrescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Maurino Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Przemyslaw Bronder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Leroy Antunez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Cavia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. When Emmanuel Otero fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D. Alcorcón's protests and gave Emmanuel Otero a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Otero. Spartan FC Mogilany walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
