The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claude Joyner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Martins in the 52nd minute of play. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstanty Smolarek, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. With a little luck, Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm got control of the ball when Diogo Martins tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ilie Dumitrescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Wilhelm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 95th minute, Diogo Martins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spartan FC Mogilany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
