The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jurand Zawadzki got free with Xorxe Viguera in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jurand Zawadzki made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 6thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Xorxe Viguera would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 9th minute, Jurand Zawadzki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xorxe Viguera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, FORTALEZA's goalkeeper Xorxe Viguera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jurand Zawadzki. With a little luck, FORTALEZA's Xorxe Viguera got control of the ball when Jurand Zawadzki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xorxe Viguera made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Jurand Zawadzki sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by FORTALEZA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Shao Chuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Cadáveres Voladores's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Liu Gang Jian managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a little luck, FORTALEZA's Xorxe Viguera got control of the ball when Jurand Zawadzki tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's Liu Gang Jian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xorxe Viguera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute of the match Cadáveres Voladores got a corner. FORTALEZA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Shao Chuan ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in FORTALEZA's zone, Jurand Zawadzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xorxe Viguera came out of the goal and Jurand Zawadzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jurand Zawadzki let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 29th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. If Laércio Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, FORTALEZA's goalkeeper Xorxe Viguera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laércio Monteiro. Xorxe Viguera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jurand Zawadzki in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Jurand Zawadzki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xorxe Viguera. FORTALEZA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jurand Zawadzki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Laércio Monteiro in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Xorxe Viguera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pilip Panfilov lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 47th minute of the game, Cadáveres Voladores got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pascal Nouma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FORTALEZA's Zbyszko Tusk got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The audience was convinced that Laércio Monteiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xorxe Viguera was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Cadáveres Voladores's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Shao Chuan in the 83rd minute. Cadáveres Voladores's Shao Chuan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Xorxe Viguera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 84 minutes FORTALEZA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Shao Chuan who took care of the corner kick. Shao Chuan made a great header on Cadáveres Voladores's corner, it was just that FORTALEZA's Xorxe Viguera managed to reach the ball for a save. FORTALEZA's Zbyszko Tusk managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Benicio Eutropio in the 89 minute of the game. In the 91st minute of the game Benicio Eutropio made a throw-in which Nestor Perrando played forward. Xorxe Viguera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd match minute, FORTALEZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Nouma to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laércio Monteiro in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xorxe Viguera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by FORTALEZA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Shao Chuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Cadáveres Voladores's players had a chance to rest. There was no doubt that Cadáveres Voladores were the better team. Cadáveres Voladores's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
