Gustaw Nowak had in the 22ndth minute some difficulties stopping Szymon Jaszyna's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Andrzej Puchlik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Andrzej Puchlik notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak. The Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustaw Nowak should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's zone, Andrzej Puchlik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaw Nowak came out of the goal and Andrzej Puchlik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Izydor Plucinik hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, Goral Zywiec's Andrzej Puchlik made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaw Nowak was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Goral Zywiec were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tristan Lannister was the one to do the kick off. Gustaw Nowak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Puchlik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Krawczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Lannister in the 55th minute of play. Goral Zywiec's Szymon Jaszyna quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wawrzyniec Domamir, made in the 60th minute of the game. Izydor Plucinik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Goral Zywiec made a substitution. Gao Wei Fei replaced Andrzej Puchlik. Goral Zywiec's Izydor Plucinik managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wawrzyniec Domamir in the 70 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Pawel Drapinski in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Goral Zywiec's Szymon Jaszyna. In the 72ndth minute of the game Gao Wei Fei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Michael Krawczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 77th minute of play. The Goral Zywiec supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Goral Zywiec would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
