Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fred Åkerström kicked off to start the match. Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Héctor Adomaitis in the 2nd minute of play. Zé Roberto Teixeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Héctor Adomaitis went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 8th minute, Fred Åkerström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Playa Malvín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 11th minute, Fred Åkerström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Zapolski came free, but Zé Roberto Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Fred Åkerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Zhen Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Åkerström in the 21st minute of the match. Lu Zhen Sheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Åkerström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Roberto Teixeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrzej Zapolski went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Åkerström in the 41st minute of play forced DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Lu Zhen Sheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jabier Igual to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Playa Malvín's zone, Luiz Fabiano Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Roberto Teixeira came out of the goal and Luiz Fabiano Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrzej Zapolski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Roberto Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrzej Zapolski in the 56th minute. Fred Åkerström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 66 minutes, Gonzalo Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Playa Malvín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Playa Malvín's Sesuldo Roque was substituted for Sandu Mândrilă. Playa Malvín's Josu Onez was substituted for Jabier Igual. Playa Malvín's Niva Espellosa was substituted for Fred Åkerström. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Paulo Jon was substituted for Héctor Adomaitis. In the 74th minute, Niva Espellosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Playa Malvín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Jon in the 79th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho de Queirós in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Niva Espellosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Playa Malvín's supporters rose to their feet, but Niva Espellosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lu Zhen Sheng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lu Zhen Sheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niva Espellosa went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Niva Espellosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Playa Malvín's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
