An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Winograd in the 7th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Jagiellonia Bialystok defense, Belo Alvarez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wieslaw Trzaskoma. The Jagiellonia Bialystok fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wieslaw Trzaskoma should have stopped the shot. Belo Alvarez might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wieslaw Trzaskoma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Belo Alvarez ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Belo Alvarez could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Wieslaw Trzaskoma however easily saved by the left post. The audience was convinced that Erlantz Bermejo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wieslaw Trzaskoma was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Apolinar Guijarro got a free kick in the 28th minute. Belo Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Wieslaw Trzaskoma made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Jagiellonia Bialystok's zone, Esteban Vadillos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wieslaw Trzaskoma came out of the goal and Esteban Vadillos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Belo Alvarez to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Belo Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D. Alcorcón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belo Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jagiellonia Bialystok fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Nereo Acosta shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 58th minute, Kryspin Praski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Eusebio Quijana replaced Natxo Cacheres. A collision led to Jagiellonia Bialystok getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Kryspin Praski hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Dariusz Praski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belo Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Wieslaw Trzaskoma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.D. Alcorcón. 67 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Praski came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Jagiellonia Bialystok booed when A.D. Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Vadillos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurino Serena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 79 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Otero. Wieslaw Trzaskoma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leroy Antunez in the 84th minute of the match. Leroy Antunez took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wieslaw Trzaskoma. Wieslaw Trzaskoma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Laurin Mangas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leroy Antunez in the 94th minute of play forced Jagiellonia Bialystok's goalkeeper Wieslaw Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
