Baersdonk's Maciej Zawaski suffered a fractured collar bone after 20 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Baersdonk's Robert Kant was substituted for Maciej Zawaski. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tang Feng Peng to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tang Feng Peng. Tanek Karaszkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 54th minute of the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tanek Karaszkiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute of the match, Robert Kant tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iwan Lepucki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Baersdonk's zone, Gaudencio Lekubegi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tanek Karaszkiewicz came out of the goal and Gaudencio Lekubegi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dustin Fach struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Iwan Lepucki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baersdonk. LavAzzA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Baersdonk for a fine match.
