Jonathan Calleri started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Calleri got free with Xilo Aguilo in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, PIAUÍ FC's Ulisses da Mata got a free kick in the 6th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fred Arruda during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of PIAUÍ FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C.A. Husky:s goal. PIAUÍ FC:s Yves Lothart showed great skill when he stopped Qwinton Paris:s penalty. In the 8th minute, Qwinton Paris made a precise shot to the right of Yves Lothart. PIAUÍ FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. PIAUÍ FC's Yves Lothart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bastia Font in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Antxo Vidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A. Husky's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PIAUÍ FC the free kick. The supporters of PIAUÍ FC booed when C.A. Husky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antxo Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, PIAUÍ FC's Mateus Alexandridis got a free kick in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, C.A. Husky's goalkeeper Xilo Aguilo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Calleri. Fred Arruda was shown his second yellow card after 23 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, PIAUÍ FC's Fred Arruda got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, PIAUÍ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bastia Font came free, but Yves Lothart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yves Lothart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bastia Font's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bastia Font in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yves Lothart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bastia Font in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yves Lothart saved PIAUÍ FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antxo Vidal in the 34th minute of play forced PIAUÍ FC's goalkeeper Yves Lothart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bahiano Valverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yves Lothart having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bastia Font's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yves Lothart was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. The supporters of C.A. Husky booed when PIAUÍ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, C.A. Husky's Qwinton Paris broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of C.A. Husky booed when PIAUÍ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Calleri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yves Lothart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastia Font, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bastia Font stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yves Lothart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antxo Vidal in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute C.A. Husky were awarded a corner. Qwinton Paris went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Iñaki Garate heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After having played for 56 minutes, Antxo Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Husky's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antxo Vidal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.A. Husky were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after PIAUÍ FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Qwinton Paris took the corner. The corner led C.A. Husky's Qwinton Paris to fire away a dangerous shot which Yves Lothart despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Yves Lothart made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Bastia Font sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Bahiano Valverde kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yves Lothart. That made the score 0-3 in the 67 minute of play. In the 70th minute, C.A. Husky's Bastia Font ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yves Lothart. Yves Lothart yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 73rd minute, Bahiano Valverde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to PIAUÍ FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. André Luiz Prado hit a great ball. Maurinho Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. PIAUÍ FC's Yves Lothart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qwinton Paris in the 77th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Bastia Font notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of PIAUÍ FC's Yves Lothart. Yves Lothart was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th minute, Bastia Font got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. PIAUÍ FC's Yves Lothart proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save PIAUÍ FC from getting a goal against them. In the 89thth minute of the game Bastia Font who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PIAUÍ FC's Yves Lothart was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A. Husky's Bastia Font was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 91st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Bastia Font sped through PIAUÍ FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yves Lothart. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.A. Husky walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
