Terremoto FC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Achtung Babies's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hilario Duarte took the corner. After having played for 8 minutes, Gaston Laurentzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terremoto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Laurentzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute Terremoto FC were awarded a corner. Hilario Duarte went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Terremoto FC's Jakob Tobbackers to fire away a dangerous shot which Eurico Velloso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jakob Tobbackers scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eurico Velloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Libesoons had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Sayveon. When Terremoto FC's Shi Ming in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 24 minutes of play, Terremoto FC's Shi Ming made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eurico Velloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It was a well-played corner which Isidoro Buinton managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, Achtung Babies's Bruno Guillelme got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Duarte in the 34th minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Shi Ming managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Héctor Mainer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Terremoto FC's Aldo Lazcano was substituted for Robin Lindgren. Achtung Babies made a substitution. Kobi Usabiaga replaced Héctor Mainer. In the 70th minute of the match Achtung Babies got a corner. Terremoto FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Torsten Norberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Selami Bilgen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 73rd match minute, Achtung Babies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Falkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Lore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Eurico Velloso made a huge save. 74 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by C.J. Cox. 79 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kobi Usabiaga came free, but Kenneth Libesoons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 minutes of play, Achtung Babies's Kobi Usabiaga made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenneth Libesoons was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonas Lores short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Eurico Velloso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kenneth Libesoons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kobi Usabiaga in the 89th minute of play. Bernard Mietus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eurico Velloso made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Kobi Usabiaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Ming in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Terremoto FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
