In the 4th minute Şevket Çağa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakub Purzycki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakub Purzycki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Remigio Erramu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stal Stalowa Wola's Franciszek Walentowicz got a free kick in the 15th minute. With a little luck, Stal Stalowa Wola's Jakub Purzycki got control of the ball when Marcos Berdoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Şevket Çağa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 23rd playminute. Stal Stalowa Wola's Jakub Purzycki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Stal Stalowa Wola from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şevket Çağa got free with Jakub Purzycki in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 32 played minutes Stal Stalowa Wola got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Rukszcz. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çimi Hazgani in the 35th minute of play. Jakub Purzycki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 38th minute of the match. Jakub Purzycki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the game, Stal Stalowa Wola's Çimi Hazgani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pankracy Glogowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beniamin Rukszcz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Stal Stalowa Wola getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Marian Budrewicz hit a great ball. Jakub Purzycki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Çağa in the 54th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Mikolaj Jurgiel put in a rough tackle. In the 57th minute, one of Stal Stalowa Wola:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stal Stalowa Wola. Stal Stalowa Wola:s Jakub Purzycki showed great skill when he stopped Ciro Ferdinand:s penalty. Stal Stalowa Wola's Jakub Purzycki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Ferdinand in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şevket Çağa in the 61st minute of play forced Stal Stalowa Wola's goalkeeper Jakub Purzycki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobiasz Dembkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's Ciro Ferdinand broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jakub Purzycki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şevket Çağa went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Santos Oskitz kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Budrewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo Nevada took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jakub Purzycki. Jakub Purzycki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 78th minute, Şevket Çağa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Anselmo Nevada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jakub Purzycki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. When Club Atlético Atlanta's Marcos Berdoi in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
