The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 7 minutes, Thorbjörn Olerius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManagerZone Crew's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorbjörn Olerius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolo Meksaengaroonrung, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Armstrong didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 19th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Haroldo Urtsin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. In the 30th minute Robert Ununger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes Marroquin got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Urtsin. When ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marroquin's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th minute Haroldo Urtsin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Linkhorst made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thorbjörn Olerius got free with Feliciano Claris in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 52 minutes into the match, Marroquin's goalkeeper Feliciano Claris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thorbjörn Olerius. After 52 played minutes Marroquin got a freekick which was hit by Martino Abecia. After 58 played minutes Marroquin got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Urtsin. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 龚西兴 in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Adrian Våleman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peter Linkhorst kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Majewski. The supporters of Marroquin booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Våleman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 龚西兴 struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Patrick Armstrong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marroquin. The supporters of Marroquin booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Majewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Marroquin getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bolo Meksaengaroonrung hit a great ball. If Robert Ununger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Thorbjörn Olerius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marroquin's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
