Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wesley Koehler took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute Joel Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 5 minutes, Toninho Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MINEIROS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toninho Goiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute Pedro Luiz Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serginho Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 minutes of play, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Wesley Koehler made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serginho Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Benê Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Toninho Goiano made a precise shot to the right of Artur Pombal. Hartmann Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Toninho Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toninho Goiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Artur Pombal made a huge save. In the 29th match minute, Hartmann Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Cunha to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute of the match, Joel Quadros tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Artur Pombal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 34 minutes into the match, MINEIROS's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Koehler came free, but Serginho Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MINEIROS's William Guerreiro got a free kick in the 44th minute. Artur Pombal stood somewhat misplaced when Joel Quadros came free in front of goal and shot 4-1 to the left of him in the 47 minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toninho Goiano to strike the kick off in the second half. When MINEIROS's Joel Quadros in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Quadros took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Pombal. Artur Pombal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Artur Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benê Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Pedro Luiz Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serginho Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benê Amorim in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MINEIROS's Joel Quadros got a free kick in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the match, MINEIROS's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Koehler came free, but Serginho Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of MINEIROS booed when Hartmann Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonçalo Madureira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltazar Messias charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltazar Messias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, one of Hartmann Futebol Clube:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hartmann Futebol Clube. Hugo Albuquerque shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Artur Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Quadros in the 88th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Hartmann Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Secco. 91 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Quadros came free, but Artur Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Toninho Goiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MINEIROS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. In the 97th minute Wesley Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serginho Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th match minute, MINEIROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Goiano to maneuver through the defense. MINEIROS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
