Damian Bittor was slow to take the kick. During this time Kakeros FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Kakeros FC's Damian Bittor to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcos Burni despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The ZORZAL01 fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Peter Crouch might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Faustino Rencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Crouch ran back to his position shaking his head. Faustino Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Crouch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faustino Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Crouch, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Marcelo Resto got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mateo Uhin. When Kakeros FC's Gerardo Matai in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cornelio Bastia made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ejner Neinvig immediately put the ball in play. After the first half ZORZAL01 were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Kakeros FC's Faustino Rencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Kakeros FC from getting a goal against them. Faustino Rencio made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Peter Crouch sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Gust Mathijs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Crouch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Faustino Rencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kakeros FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pavel Nedvěd was slow to take the kick. During this time ZORZAL01's players had a chance to rest. 59 minutes into the game, one of Kakeros FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marcos Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Sayveon, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Peter Crouch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kakeros FC's Faustino Rencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Kakeros FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Crouch got free with Faustino Rencio in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Faustino Rencio came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch. But to his dismay, Peter Crouch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Kakeros FC's Cipriano Regis was substituted for Jorge Montez. 79 minutes into the game, ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustino Rencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. ZORZAL01's Peter Crouch got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faustino Rencio was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Peter Crouch capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peter Crouch really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 89th minute, Severino Berasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Peter Crouch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over ZORZAL01 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kakeros FC throughout the match.
