An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Goito in the 13th minute of play forced Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Suarez. La Gallardeta's Modesto Teodor got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelo Bikendi made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Eustaquio Tiadoro sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruben Dolfo during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to La Gallardeta getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ruben Dolfo hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Ruben Dolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Maule saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Bendito Sea El Fernet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Igon to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Rosio in the 24th minute of play forced La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Marcelo Bikendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Baldomiro Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Romelio came free, but Tomás Maule reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Suarez. After having played for 38 minutes, Modesto Teodor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Gallardeta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modesto Teodor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Padro in the 41st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustaquio Tiadoro got free with Marcelo Bikendi in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eustaquio Tiadoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Bikendi having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruben Dolfo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomás Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Dolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Modesto Teodor fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Gallardeta's protests and gave Modesto Teodor a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Teodor. In the 63rd minute, Marcial Rosio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule got control of the ball when Ruben Dolfo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bendito Sea El Fernet's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Ruben Dolfo scored to the left of an out of position Tomás Maule, making the score, 0-1. Tomás Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Romelio in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Bendito Sea El Fernet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Rosio to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Dolfo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tomás Maule came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruben Dolfo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 87th minute. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Teodor in the 90th minute of play. With a little luck, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule got control of the ball when Ruben Dolfo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Ruben Dolfo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomás Maule. Ruben Dolfo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The Bendito Sea El Fernet fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Gallardeta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
