Edson Bertassi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

57 minutes into the match, Carrapichel - FDFDF's goalkeeper Edson Bertassi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fiori de Lara. Aleksander Prus hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Capivariano F.C.'s Enrique Domingues was substituted for Egídio Tinoco. After 60 played minutes Capivariano F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Prus. After 61 played minutes, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Rogério Alcântara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvinho Veiga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carrapichel - FDFDF reached it. Enrique Domingues struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Edson Bertassi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capivariano F.C.. Carrapichel - FDFDF made a substitution. Luís Moldavsky replaced Oséias de Brito. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Váldson Alagoano put in a rough tackle. Capivariano F.C. made a substitution. In the 83rd minute, Enrique Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edson Bertassi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 86th match minute, Carrapichel - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Almeida to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acácio Neto in the 96th minute of play forced Capivariano F.C.'s goalkeeper Silvinho Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvinho Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel de Barros in the 97th minute of play. When the match was over Capivariano F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carrapichel - FDFDF throughout the match.
