In the 5th minute Igor Kaczeniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Paulin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delfim Passos during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Saturno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Passos to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Saturno getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Delfim Passos hit a great ball. The Saturno fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Saturno's Apolo Lauaxeta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 20th minute of the match Saturno got a corner. Defensores de Lombroso's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emanuel Timo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Saturno's Emanuel Timo to fire away a dangerous shot which Denis Paulin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Saturno's Igor Kaczeniak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Paulin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Igor Kaczeniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Denis Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Kaczeniak in the 28th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Uriel Ferrer notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Saturno's Antonio Roma. Antonio Roma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Godfredo Gau ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Godfredo Gau almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Saturno's Antonio Roma did a great save. In the 46th minute Apolo Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Paulin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Apolo Lauaxeta made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Defensores de Lombroso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Simon to maneuver through the defense. Denis Paulin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Kaczeniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Laureano Perfecto made a great header on Saturno's corner, it was just that Defensores de Lombroso's Denis Paulin managed to reach the ball for a save. Saturno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emanuel Timo in the 58th minute. Saturno's Emanuel Timo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Denis Paulin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Apolo Lauaxeta took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Denis Paulin to make any attempt to save it. 64 minutes into the match, Saturno's Igor Kaczeniak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denis Paulin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emanuel Meck hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Saturno's Antonio Roma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Riquelme in the 67th minute of play. Antonio Roma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Riquelme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Paulin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Kaczeniak went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Defensores de Lombroso made a substitution. Lucio Cordarrol replaced Jonathan Raphael. Juan Simon kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Saturno's Adolfo Quintana was substituted for Emanuel Meck. Juan Simon hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Saturno's Paulo Urti was substituted for Igor Kaczeniak. 81 minutes into the match, Saturno's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Ferrer came free, but Antonio Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Saturno defense, Uriel Ferrer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Roma. The Saturno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Roma should have stopped the shot. Antonio Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Riquelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Urti came free, but Denis Paulin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Defensores de Lombroso supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Saturno's performance. The match ended with a win for Saturno.
