In the 7thth minute of the game Ricardo Bilintx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. GUAYACO's Arias Burgo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arias Burgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Bilintx in the 8th minute of play. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ricardo Bilintx got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Bilintx in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arias Burgo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the game, Armando Paniagua cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Antonio Marquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute, Angel Eliu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ricardo Bilintx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.A. GUAYACO's Arias Burgo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save C.A. GUAYACO from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angel Eliu during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Eliu to maneuver through the defense. Arias Burgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Leheren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Ricardo Bilintx kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arias Burgo. That made the score 2-1 in the 36 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Leheren in the 39th minute of play forced C.A. GUAYACO's goalkeeper Arias Burgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arias Burgo came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Angel Eliu. But to his dismay, Angel Eliu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 45 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Angel Eliu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arias Burgo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Deportivo Pomelo Nenene getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Aaron Camerino hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angel Eliu to make the kick off. Angel Eliu scored 4-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arias Burgo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 54 minutes into the match, Ricardo Bilintx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arias Burgo. C.A. GUAYACO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Bilintx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After recieving a nice pass, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Virgilio Ishmael tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Angel Eliu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arias Burgo was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Arias Burgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Bilintx in the 62nd minute of the match. Arias Burgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Leheren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Angel Eliu notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of C.A. GUAYACO's Arias Burgo. Arias Burgo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Bilintx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Leheren to maneuver through the defense. C.A. GUAYACO's Arias Burgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Bilintx in the 79th minute of play. C.A. GUAYACO's Fernández Corral got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute, Mateo Coviella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Tobias Leheren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arias Burgo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 minutes, George Temes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. GUAYACO and the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene players grew even worse after the yellow card. George Temes kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Virgilio Ishmael shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arias Burgo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deportivo Pomelo Nenene reached it.
