An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Sharkin in the 17th minute of play forced Ciruel Team's goalkeeper Riccardo Hofer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gong Ying Zheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luar Carballeira in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Marino Bregenzer came free, but Gong Ying Zheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Riccardo Hofer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Sharkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marino Bregenzer made a kick off. Gong Ying Zheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Ciruel Team's Indar Albizua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gong Ying Zheng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luar Carballeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gong Ying Zheng having to interfere. Adriano Vilanova kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ciruel Team walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
