Jens Fabich made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ive Volckaerts sent off a good shot on target. Jens Fabich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gusztáv Bács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VC zoetwater's Anthony Dumont was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jens Fabich in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gong Ying Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Marin, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The VC zoetwater players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ozanköy u21 were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mürsel Şakir was the one to do the kick off. Ozanköy u21's Jens Fabich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Sharkin in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ozanköy u21's Iker Ricart got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 69th minute VC zoetwater were awarded a corner. Anthony Dumont went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led VC zoetwater's Anthony Dumont to fire away a dangerous shot which Jens Fabich despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Gong Ying Zheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mürsel Şakir. 75 minutes into the match, Bo Bo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens Fabich. Ozanköy u21's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo Bo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 82nd minute of the match, Mürsel Şakir tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gong Ying Zheng saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Mürsel Şakir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's Bo Bo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens Fabich narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute of the match Ozanköy u21 got a corner. VC zoetwater's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iker Ricart ran over to the corner to take the kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. VC zoetwater fully deserved thier win.
