Olimpiu Florean hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 卓耀鹰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Altay SK getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Vitor Hugo hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Ignătescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costel Mortu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. When İstemihan Ulun came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Altay SK fans jumped to their feet. Maximiliano Uhin came out of the goal and Remus Nuțu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximiliano Uhin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Nuțu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genco Gürler in the 35th minute of play forced Poli Iași's goalkeeper Costel Mortu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İstemihan Ulun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Genco Gürler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Costel Mortu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Poli Iași getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ionel Burileanu hit a great ball. Costel Mortu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İstemihan Ulun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costel Mortu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İstemihan Ulun in the 45th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Genco Gürler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costel Mortu was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genco Gürler made a kick off. Muhittin Işınbay took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costel Mortu. Costel Mortu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Muhittin Işınbay got free with Costel Mortu in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the game, İstemihan Ulun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Costel Mortu. İstemihan Ulun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. İstemihan Ulun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Costel Mortu made a huge save. İstemihan Ulun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Altay SK booed when Poli Iași was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Elian didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, Altay SK's 卓耀鹰 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Costel Mortu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Altay SK reached it. If İstemihan Ulun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costel Mortu was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Genco Gürler capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Genco Gürler really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Costel Mortu had great luck who in the 78thth minute grab hold of the ball when Genco Gürler from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 82 minutes of play, Altay SK's İstemihan Ulun made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costel Mortu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Altay SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
