In the 42nd minute, Keith Lambourne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. PALMEIRAS-UTAH made a substitution. Thanh Watt replaced Leonardo Frazier. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bailey Kerns stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Alexandru Eugen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven Günther was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Jorge Pirani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Günther having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Les Mudd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanh Watt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven Günther having to make a save. Jorge Pirani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven Günther read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Peter Steele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 齐旭竞 in the 86th minute of play. Sven Günther took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre Randall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
