Ermanno Fantasia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yuriy Andronikov's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Virgo Emane's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Germano was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Крылья Советов's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgo Emane was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Germano made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Virgo Emane sent off a good shot on target. If Virgo Emane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Virgo Emane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kuressaare Korsaarid's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgo Emane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Germano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Kuressaare Korsaarid's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Kornecki came free, but Ermanno Fantasia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yuriy Andronikov in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermanno Fantasia saved Kuressaare Korsaarid from getting behind. Yuriy Andronikov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Ermanno Fantasia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kuressaare Korsaarid walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
