When the match had been going on for 22 minutes, Cash Is King's Elof Ödmann got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Austmar Janusson. Justin Kluivert kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When Cash Is King's Well-Well Qadeishvili in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Austmar Janusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Well-Well Qadeishvili in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Carmine Topatigh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Austmar Janusson, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carmine Topatigh stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. V.V.V - Venlo's Steinröður Fannarsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rikard Ekerot in the 63 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Topatigh in the 65th minute of play forced V.V.V - Venlo's goalkeeper Austmar Janusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Austmar Janusson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars Vassenius went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score.
