Kai Havertz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Hessel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Jan Hessel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Havertz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kai Havertz might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Hessel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kai Havertz ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kai Havertz in the 15th minute of play forced ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB's goalkeeper Jan Hessel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Kai Havertz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan Hessel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kai Havertz in the 21st minute of play. Kai Havertz took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Hessel. Jan Hessel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leo Vejsager could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Iason Kazantzidis made a huge save. 37 minutes into the match, Kai Havertz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Hessel. ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kai Havertz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kai Havertz in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Hessel saved ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Kai Havertz notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB's Jan Hessel. Jan Hessel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kai Havertz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jan Hessel was a little too slow when Kai Havertz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-4. Kai Havertz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kai Havertz got free with Jan Hessel in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB's Jan Hessel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai Havertz in the 65th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kai Havertz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Hessel was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 71stth minute of the game Kai Havertz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB's Jan Hessel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Kai Havertz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bozkurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kai Havertz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bozkurt made a substitution. Emrullah Erboy replaced Adolfo Larrauri. Jan Hessel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Hakan Sufi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Bozkurt's Marcell Jacobs getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jan Hessel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 84th minute of the match. Emrullah Erboy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Hessel having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emrullah Erboy got free with Jan Hessel in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iason Kazantzidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeus Kaldan in the 88th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, Amadeus Kaldan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Iason Kazantzidis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emrullah Erboy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Jan Hessel made a huge save. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Emrullah Erboy sped through ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan Hessel. When the match was over Bozkurt could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ØSTERBRO SPORT CLUB throughout the match.
