Jerzy Marchefka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filip Blicharz having to make a save. Canários EC's Filip Blicharz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Marchefka in the 4th minute of play. Fatih Kocaman hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Jerzy Marchefka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Marchefka in the 10th minute of play forced Canários EC's goalkeeper Filip Blicharz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, one of Canários EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Canários EC. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Kubilay Gündeş got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Filip Blicharz. In the 40th minute Jerzy Marchefka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Blicharz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jerzy Marchefka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Marchefka in the 42nd minute of play forced Canários EC's goalkeeper Filip Blicharz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rıza Vuralhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robrecht Moreau to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Marchefka in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filip Blicharz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th minute, Fatih Kocaman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Jerzy Marchefka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filip Blicharz. Canários EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerzy Marchefka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jerzy Marchefka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Şener Atabek was substituted for Jerzy Marchefka. 66 minutes into the match, Canários EC's goal looked a bit too open when Şener Atabek came free, but Filip Blicharz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Blicharz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şener Atabek in the 73rd minute of play. Canários EC's Filip Blicharz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şener Atabek in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Canários EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kubilay Gündeş was slow to take the kick. During this time GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's players had a chance to rest. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Kubilay Gündeş was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Filip Blicharz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Şener Atabek came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şener Atabek couldn't finish the play. Filip Blicharz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şener Atabek went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Şener Atabek struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Filip Blicharz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR. If Şener Atabek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Filip Blicharz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şener Atabek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the game, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Şener Atabek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filip Blicharz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0.
