Eskil Myhrvold made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ryszard Pankiewicz in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, AJ Juventus FC's Ryszard Pankiewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eskil Myhrvold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jørgen Waage made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toma Cabeza in the 85th minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Eskil Myhrvold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gjøran Kvale hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Toma Cabeza took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eskil Myhrvold. Eskil Myhrvold dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. There was no doubt that AJ Juventus FC were the better team. AJ Juventus FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
