The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Blumenau Esporte Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Régis Souto in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danil Shashkov in the 15th minute of play forced ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalkeeper Petruț Arapașu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Macedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marin Dindelegan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the game Arman Harlén made a throw-in which Augustin Sfetcu played forward. Narciso Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leontin Hârtopanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute Blumenau Esporte Clube were awarded a corner. Régis Souto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Blumenau Esporte Clube's Régis Souto to fire away a dangerous shot which Petruț Arapașu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Petruț Arapașu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danil Shashkov in the 36th minute of play. Narciso Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leontin Hârtopanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leontin Hârtopanu in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Macedo saved Blumenau Esporte Clube from getting behind. Narciso Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leontin Hârtopanu in the 44th minute of the match.

51 minutes into the game, Danil Shashkov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Petruț Arapașu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Augustin Sfetcu got a free kick in the 54th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Danil Shashkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blumenau Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danil Shashkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Constantin Bădila notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Blumenau Esporte Clube's Narciso Macedo. Narciso Macedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danil Shashkov in the 62nd minute of play forced ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalkeeper Petruț Arapașu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Danil Shashkov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petruț Arapașu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jürgen Klinsmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petruț Arapașu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tami Abraham in the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goal looked a bit too open when Jürgen Klinsmann came free, but Petruț Arapașu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Régis Souto who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Blumenau Esporte Clube's corner Régis Souto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Petruț Arapașu quite easily take care of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Blumenau Esporte Clube.
