When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ceyhan Kuluk sped through Monitor Huáscar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lore Ziguenza. Lore Ziguenza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilgaz Taner in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Monitor Huáscar's İdris Demir got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ilgaz Taner to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goal looked a bit too open when Ilgaz Taner came free, but Lore Ziguenza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ottó Fejes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Selmo Illescas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Carabajo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's Ottó Fejes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Selmo Illescas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Monitor Huáscar getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Marcelo Illanes hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Marcelo Illanes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Chiquito Rico notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of demir idmanyurdu's Selmo Illescas. Selmo Illescas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when demir idmanyurdu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davut Sabuncuoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquito Rico in the 76th minute of play forced demir idmanyurdu's goalkeeper Selmo Illescas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Carabajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Selmo Illescas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner ended in Paulo Fallabes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but demir idmanyurdu's Selmo Illescas did a great save. 85 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's Chiquito Rico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Selmo Illescas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Selmo Illescas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquito Rico in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind demir idmanyurdu's goalkeeper Selmo Illescas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 minutes of play, Monitor Huáscar's Chiquito Rico made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Selmo Illescas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chiquito Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Selmo Illescas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
