The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Dé Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cuero Ezquierdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Castillo Floranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Castillo Floranes in the 6th minute of play forced Rota66's goalkeeper Eugênio Loureiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Juventud Valiosa booed when Rota66 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Castillo Floranes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugênio Loureiro. Rota66's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Castillo Floranes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Rota66 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilherme Dantas to maneuver through the defense. When Castillo Floranes came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Juventud Valiosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Castillo Floranes couldn't finish the play. After having played for 15 minutes, Castillo Floranes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventud Valiosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Castillo Floranes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rota66's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Castillo Floranes scored to the left of an out of position Eugênio Loureiro, making the score, 2-0. In the 19th minute Castillo Floranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugênio Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Elder Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cuero Ezquierdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dé Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cuero Ezquierdo having to interfere. Cuero Ezquierdo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dé Pernambucano's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. If Castillo Floranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 28th minute Castillo Floranes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugênio Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Castillo Floranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the match, Rota66's goal looked a bit too open when Castillo Floranes came free, but Eugênio Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Castillo Floranes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Eugênio Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, 贺剑永 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventud Valiosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but 贺剑永 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Gabriel Chaves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rota66's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventud Valiosa the free kick. Gabriel Chaves hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Castillo Floranes was the one to do the kick off. Eugênio Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Castillo Floranes in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rota66's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcelo Masa was slow to take the kick. During this time Juventud Valiosa's players had a chance to rest. Juventud Valiosa's Rodolfo Lopes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eugênio Loureiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Castillo Floranes in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugênio Loureiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Juventud Valiosa booed when Rota66 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castillo Floranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eugênio Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Castillo Floranes in the 59th minute of the match. Cuero Ezquierdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dé Pernambucano in the 64th minute of play. Dé Pernambucano struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Cuero Ezquierdo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rota66. Rota66's Severino Alves was substituted for Dé Pernambucano. The Juventud Valiosa fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Juventud Valiosa's Castillo Floranes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 74th play minute Severino Alves came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cuero Ezquierdo. 5-1. Rui Ramos got his second yellow card in the match during the 76th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Rui Ramos hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Juventud Valiosa's Castillo Floranes got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Rota66's Vladimir Branco got a free kick in the 85th minute. Cuero Ezquierdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimir Branco in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Vladimir Branco made a precise shot to the right of Cuero Ezquierdo. Juventud Valiosa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juventud Valiosa fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rota66 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
