Leo Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Larsson in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Henrik Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Idelberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute, MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE's Ospin Vila ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tadej Pogačar. Tadej Pogačar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Cordera Ramis made in the 34th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cebo Lacorte immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE's zone, Anthon Melin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Serena came out of the goal and Anthon Melin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henrik Larsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Serena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. A throw-in in the 45th minute of the game was made by Cordera Ramis with Teofilo Solera as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE's Leo Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Larsson in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arne Nyström to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Teofilo Solera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Tadej Pogačar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leo Serena came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Decathlon Dudes's Henrik Larsson. But to his dismay, Henrik Larsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 66th match minute, MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cebo Lacorte to maneuver through the defense. If Henrik Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute of the game Cordera Ramis made a throw-in which Teofilo Solera played forward. In the 70th minute, Ospin Vila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tadej Pogačar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ospin Vila, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the game, Cordera Ramis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Decathlon Dudes the free kick. Cordera Ramis kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE booed when Decathlon Dudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Idelberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrik Larsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leo Serena having to make a save. 78 minutes into the match, MAIRENA DEL ALJARAFE's goalkeeper Leo Serena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrik Larsson. After some careless play in the Decathlon Dudes defense, Ospin Vila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadej Pogačar. The Decathlon Dudes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadej Pogačar should have stopped the shot. Tadej Pogačar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Nyström in the 88th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
