Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dionisio Dicastillo took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Kura Shetakan's goalkeeper Gordon Banks had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iphitos Gravari. In the 9th minute, Iphitos Gravari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gordon Banks was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Polybos Dalianis kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Dicastillo in the 14th minute of play forced Kura Shetakan's goalkeeper Gordon Banks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Alf Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Gordon Banks managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Mánthia's Iphitos Gravari fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gordon Banks was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anestis Katsambis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Gordon Banks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anestis Katsambis in the 23rd minute of play. Göran Ahlbom hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Kura Shetakan's Gordon Banks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Kura Shetakan from getting a goal against them. When Argiris Andreoulakis fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mánthia's protests and gave Argiris Andreoulakis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mánthia's Argiris Andreoulakis got a free kick in the 26th minute. Kura Shetakan's Gordon Banks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Kura Shetakan from getting a goal against them. Koulis Mestas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Song Shu Zhen's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The Mánthia fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Mánthia's Dionisio Dicastillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Iphitos Gravari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Gordon Banks made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Dionisio Dicastillo took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Gordon Banks to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kong Yuan Sha made a kick off. Song Shu Zhen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rdth minute of the game Song Shu Zhen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mánthia's Koulis Mestas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song Shu Zhen in the 54th minute of play forced Mánthia's goalkeeper Koulis Mestas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute Song Shu Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koulis Mestas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Christian Brun fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kura Shetakan's protests and gave Christian Brun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mánthia booed when Kura Shetakan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58thth minute of the game Dionisio Dicastillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kura Shetakan's Gordon Banks was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Song Shu Zhen hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iphitos Gravari in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gordon Banks saved Kura Shetakan from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Kura Shetakan's Kong Yuan Sha got a free kick in the 65th minute. Christian Bruns short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Koulis Mestas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 74 minutes into the match, Kura Shetakan's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Dicastillo came free, but Gordon Banks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes Kura Shetakan got a freekick which was hit by Elof Samuelsson. Koulis Mestas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Koulis Mestas made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Elof Samuelsson sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, Kura Shetakan's goal looked a bit too open when Iphitos Gravari came free, but Gordon Banks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Aigeus Laganas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elof Samuelsson during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kura Shetakan getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Elof Samuelsson hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kura Shetakan players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mánthia.
