Luciano Otsando's late challenge caught a Mavian UFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Otsando helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Libertad FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Luciano Otsando hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Libertad FC's Svetaslav Yanchyk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rudi Jonker. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Rudi Jonker successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Honorio Telo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 22 minutes of play, Libertad FC's Luciano Otsando made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rudi Jonker was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute, Denis Caraman made a precise shot to the right of Godofredo Tanio. Libertad FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Rudi Jonker was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Luciano Otsando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luciano Otsando really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. Thanks to some nice moves Honorio Telo could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Rudi Jonker however easily saved by the left post. Cornel Vasilitã made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ciprian Prepelitã however managed to control. Libertad FC's attentive Gogo Eliazar managed to snatch the ball when Eduard Apostol made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svetaslav Yanchyk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Mavian UFC booed when Libertad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Quilino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svetaslav Yanchyk in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rudi Jonker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rudi Jonker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Otsando, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
