In the 19th minute Amado Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Lavalle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Feliu in the 21st minute of play forced C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goalkeeper Ramon Lavalle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramon Lavalle came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Corazuli's Amado Feliu. But to his dismay, Amado Feliu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Efrain Cambiasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efrain Cambiasso got free with Urbano Reyes in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Amado Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the match, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Feliu came free, but Ramon Lavalle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silverio Lavalle's late challenge caught a Corazuli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silverio Lavalle helped the player get up and apologised. Bosse Houth took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramon Lavalle. Ramon Lavalle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ramon Lavalle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The supporters of C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE booed when Corazuli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Godholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 51st minute of the match Candido Lavalle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urbano Reyes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Ivan Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Amado Feliu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corazuli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 63 minutes into the match, C.S. y D.
