Tim Tidén was slow to take the kick. During this time hermanskaviarkryss's players had a chance to rest. In the 14th minute hermanskaviarkryss were awarded a corner. Fabrizio Masci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Sjöström in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match hermanskaviarkryss got a corner. C.A.RIVER PLATE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tim Tidén ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fabrizio Masci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Tadici in the 56th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Claes Sjöström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Masci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrizio Masci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebiu Tadici's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Fabrizio Masci was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
