The crowd rose to their feet as The Huns's Ekber Merdan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Januario Alfaro. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kaisar Astana's zone, Ekber Merdan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Januario Alfaro came out of the goal and Ekber Merdan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Januario Alfaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekber Merdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Andre Huyterhoeven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Januario Alfaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Januario Alfaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ekber Merdan's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekber Merdan got free with Januario Alfaro in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as The Huns's Ekber Merdan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Januario Alfaro. That made the score 3-0 after 32 minutes of play. Januario Alfaro was a little too slow when Nicholas Ramachandran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 4-0. Januario Alfaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ekber Merdan went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The Huns's Ekber Merdan got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Viktor Anastasiev made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Kaisar Astana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir Kletenkov to maneuver through the defense. The Huns's Ekber Merdan got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 61 played minutes Kaisar Astana got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Kletenkov. Januario Alfaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekber Merdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaisar Astana's Januario Alfaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekber Merdan in the 63rd minute of play. Vladimir Kletenkov made in the 66th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cruz Viana. The Huns's Carl Booth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cruz Viana in the 67th minute of play. Ekber Merdan might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Januario Alfaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ekber Merdan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th minute Ekber Merdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Januario Alfaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimir Kletenkov made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kaljo Püss immediately put the ball in play. Ekber Merdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 73 minutes into the match, Kaisar Astana's goal looked a bit too open when Ekber Merdan came free, but Januario Alfaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, The Huns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Pazura to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Kaisar Astana's zone, Ekber Merdan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Januario Alfaro came out of the goal and Ekber Merdan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ekber Merdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, Kaisar Astana's goal looked a bit too open when Ekber Merdan came free, but Januario Alfaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes of play, The Huns's Ekber Merdan made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Januario Alfaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Kaisar Astana defense, Ekber Merdan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Januario Alfaro. The Kaisar Astana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Januario Alfaro should have stopped the shot. The Huns's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
