Lobos Fútbol Club's Baldomero Rey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonton Eren in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Tonton Eren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Baldomero Rey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tonton Eren in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomero Rey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Ajax's Tadeusz Traczewski got control of the ball when Aquilino Fidensio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Ajax fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Ajax's Tonton Eren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Rey showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tonton Eren in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Rey saved Lobos Fútbol Club from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureliano Bernebe during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ajax booed when Lobos Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Bernebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes, Ajax's Klement Cymbal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baldomero Rey came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ajax reached it. Lobos Fútbol Club's Baldomero Rey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klement Bryk in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Lauren in the 69th minute of play forced Ajax's goalkeeper Tadeusz Traczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Carolo Lauren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lobos Fútbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. 80 minutes into the game, Radomil Zapolski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
