The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Lisandro Iraunkor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvester Bürgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Mafia Koniaka's Lisandro Iraunkor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvester Bürgi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Mafia Koniaka's Radomil Dudkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvester Bürgi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Mafia Koniaka's Silvester Bürgi threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Radomil Dudkowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Silvester Bürgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Iraunkor, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Silvester Bürgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Dudkowski in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, FC Seitenstecher's goalkeeper Silvester Bürgi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Iraunkor. Silvester Bürgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Iraunkor in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Iraunkor in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Seitenstecher's goalkeeper Silvester Bürgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvester Bürgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Iraunkor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Iraunkor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvester Bürgi was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Silvester Bürgi made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Stasio Wyrzykowski sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lisandro Iraunkor got free with Silvester Bürgi in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Seitenstecher's Silvester Bürgi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save FC Seitenstecher from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the game, Lisandro Iraunkor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvester Bürgi. Lisandro Iraunkor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lisandro Iraunkor was the one to do the kick off. FC Seitenstecher's Silvester Bürgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Dudkowski in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when FC Seitenstecher was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Cross didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 played minutes, Mafia Koniaka's Lúcio da Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvester Bürgi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mafia Koniaka reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lisandro Iraunkor in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvester Bürgi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ksawery Podwojski made a great header on Mafia Koniaka's corner, it was just that FC Seitenstecher's Silvester Bürgi managed to reach the ball for a save. Silvester Bürgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Iraunkor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Iraunkor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvester Bürgi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Iraunkor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvester Bürgi was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 75th minute, Lisandro Iraunkor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvester Bürgi was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Mafia Koniaka made a substitution. Victorio Oliverios replaced Stasio Wyrzykowski. Silvester Bürgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvester Bürgi. Silvester Bürgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Seitenstecher's goalkeeper Silvester Bürgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvester Bürgi. FC Seitenstecher's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ziemowit Mazurkiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mafia Koniaka had played much better football throughout.
