In the 7th play minute Edson Mendes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Raimundo Prata. 2-0. After some careless play in the Jumentus defense, Helge Almkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raimundo Prata. The Jumentus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raimundo Prata should have stopped the shot. The Palmeiras de Plantão fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Palmeiras de Plantão's Helge Almkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 16th minute Zézinho Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Zézinho Paraíba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmeiras de Plantão fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Raimundo Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Jumentus's Raimundo Prata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Jumentus from getting a goal against them. After 26 played minutes Jumentus got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Favoretto. Raimundo Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helge Almkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30th play minutes Zézinho Paraíba shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Raimundo Prata and just under the crossbar into goal. Zézinho Paraíba took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raimundo Prata. Raimundo Prata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After 35 minutes of play, Palmeiras de Plantão's Zézinho Paraíba made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raimundo Prata was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zézinho Paraíba succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 9-0. 42 minutes into the match, Jumentus's goalkeeper Raimundo Prata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edson Mendes. In the 44th minute, Palmeiras de Plantão's Nestor Paulista ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raimundo Prata. Raimundo Prata yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 10-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 10-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Benedito Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimundo Prata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Helge Almkvist went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Edson Mendes took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raimundo Prata. Raimundo Prata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. After 64 played minutes Jumentus got a freekick which was hit by Francisco de Amorim. After having played for 65 minutes, Zézinho Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmeiras de Plantão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Paraíba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raimundo Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Jumentus's zone, Zézinho Paraíba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Prata came out of the goal and Zézinho Paraíba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the game, Luisinho Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jumentus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmeiras de Plantão the free kick. After 73rd play minutes Zézinho Paraíba shot 14-0, a short shot which went by Raimundo Prata and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 76th minute, Helge Almkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raimundo Prata was frozen by the shot and now it was 15-0. Jumentus's Raimundo Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Almkvist in the 81st minute of play. When Palmeiras de Plantão's Helge Almkvist in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jumentus's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Zézinho Paraíba put it in 16-0 from a short distance just to the right of Raimundo Prata. In the 89th minute, Edson Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmeiras de Plantão fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 17-0. When the referee ended the match the Palmeiras de Plantão players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
