Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Tolis Nomikos came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Cavia Pyskowice's Stamen Tekeliev. But to his dismay, Stamen Tekeliev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Mouras in the 10th minute of play forced FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Thalis Kominatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, MindHead FC's Mathieu-Maxim Van Leemputte got a free kick in the 21st minute. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu-Maxim Van Leemputte in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Stamen Tekeliev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MindHead FC's Tolis Nomikos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Stamen Tekeliev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tolis Nomikos. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 29th minute, Stamen Tekeliev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Dionysis Tsiartas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MindHead FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Loukas Koutsospyros hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Tolis Nomikos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stamen Tekeliev, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Stamen Tekeliev sped through MindHead FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tolis Nomikos. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Iker Micael got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Stamen Tekeliev made the kick off in the second half. Tomasz Binau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolis Nomikos having to interfere. Loukas Koutsospyros made in the 56th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eutichios Kanelos however managed to control. Stamen Tekeliev took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tolis Nomikos. Tolis Nomikos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 63 minutes into the game, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Stamen Tekeliev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tolis Nomikos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC Cavia Pyskowice from getting a goal against them. After 76 played minutes FC Cavia Pyskowice got a freekick which was hit by Jedrzej Indyk. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Edward Jaraczewski was substituted for Tolek Turak. FC Cavia Pyskowice made a substitution. Miska Cavia replaced Stamen Tekeliev. After 77 played minutes FC Cavia Pyskowice got a freekick which was hit by Jedrzej Indyk. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thalis Kominatos in the 78th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostas Mouras got free with Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kostas Mouras took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. A collision led to MindHead FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Loukas Koutsospyros hit a great ball. Tolis Nomikos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miska Cavia, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Miska Cavia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind MindHead FC's goalkeeper Tolis Nomikos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Cavia Pyskowice's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
