The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerzy Tamulewicz got free with Thanasis Papadimitriou in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute, Kamionka Death SquaD's Jerzy Tamulewicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thanasis Papadimitriou. Thanasis Papadimitriou yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Kasper Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adama Traoré, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kamionka Death SquaD's Jerzy Tamulewicz in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th match minute, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Jaen to maneuver through the defense. Jerzy Tamulewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Alberto Jaen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kasper Schmeichel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kasper Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adama Traoré, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kamionka Death SquaD's Kasper Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Jaen in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Jens-Ove Backlund got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Hermes Zambrano fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s protests and gave Hermes Zambrano a yellow card for diving instead. Tolek Chazen might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thanasis Papadimitriou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tolek Chazen ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Thanasis Papadimitriou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerzy Tamulewicz. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Jerzy Tamulewicz made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Jerzy Tamulewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanasis Papadimitriou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Jens-Ove Backlund in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kamionka Death SquaD's Primitivo Tancredo. Thanasis Papadimitriou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerzy Tamulewicz's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Thanasis Papadimitriou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Tamulewicz in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Jerzy Tamulewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thanasis Papadimitriou was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Kamionka Death SquaD made a substitution. Stefan-Benjamin Hula replaced Jerzy Tamulewicz. Kamionka Death SquaD made a substitution. Damian Rydz replaced Silvestre Tonio. Kamionka Death SquaD's Harris Zoolingen was substituted for Tolek Chazen. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Kamionka Death SquaD. Lech Marek stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Thanasis Papadimitriou. 3-1. Thanasis Papadimitriou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan-Benjamin Hula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. made a substitution. There was no doubt that Kamionka Death SquaD were the better team. Kamionka Death SquaD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
