Dalmacio Padro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Dias having to interfere. 4 minutes into the match, Caneleiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Padro came free, but Marcus Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Gilbert Cigale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amora-Amora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The nice shot from Teodoro Carioca in the 11thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Yassine Bono had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Marcus Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Cigale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amora-Amora were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Caneleiros FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Francisco Coimbra took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Carioca got free with Yassine Bono in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodoro Carioca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Yassine Bono made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Sérgio Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Axel Eliasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amora-Amora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Amora-Amora's Gilbert Cigale got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Teodoro Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Dalmacio Padro made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Caneleiros FC's Marcus Dias got control of the ball when Gilbert Cigale tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 55th play minutes Gilbert Cigale shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Marcus Dias and just under the crossbar into goal. Chico Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chico Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th match minute, Caneleiros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chico Silva to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Francisco Coimbra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clóvis Oliveira hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Caneleiros FC's zone, Francisco Coimbra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcus Dias came out of the goal and Francisco Coimbra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70thth minute of the game Dalmacio Padro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caneleiros FC's Marcus Dias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gilbert Cigale succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 72nd playminute. Tony Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Marcus Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Padro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Padro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcus Dias. Dalmacio Padro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. After a rather tough play, Amora-Amora's Rúben Ferro got a free kick in the 81st minute. Renato Veiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcus Dias came out and tried to block the shot, but Renato Veiga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Carioca in the 94th minute of play forced Amora-Amora's goalkeeper Yassine Bono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 played minutes Caneleiros FC got a freekick which was hit by Serginho Carneiro. Amora-Amora's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
