In the 19th minute, Darren Mignot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Åke Vestlund kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Saint Côme de Fresné's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Åke Vestlund in the 28th minute of play. Leif Hansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathieu Guiton kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Davy Poirrier struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jens-Erik Forsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saint Côme de Fresné. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anton Söderström was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Saint Côme de Fresné booed when DSK Dalir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Lidström didn't get a good kick on the ball. DSK Dalir walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
