Edu Gol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. İlker Geylan was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Edu Gol capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edu Gol really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After 15 minutes of play, Moscovi Ψ's Edu Gol made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. İlker Geylan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18thth minute of the game Edu Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trabzonspor's İlker Geylan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Moscovi Ψ booed when Trabzonspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erkan Sanay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edu Gol came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and İlker Geylan could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Edu Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but İlker Geylan was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. If Edu Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cemal Garipoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Trabzonspor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabrizio Angileri ran over to the corner to take the kick.
