Kenneth Knudsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liborius Schmid, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Steve Triganza in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcos Arandojo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 28 minutes into the match, AEK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Jønlev came free, but Kenneth Knudsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 傅凌岚 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Marcos Arandojo made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Alf Fredriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. AEK FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Fredriksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Arandojo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steve Triganza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Marcos Arandojo made a huge save. In the 40th minute Kai Jønlev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Knudsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, AEK FC's Steve Triganza got a free kick in the 41st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Marcos Arandojo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Talay SK's Yavuz Bülent Lütufkâr got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kent Remme was the one to do the kick off. In the 75thth minute of the game Kent Remme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talay SK's Marcos Arandojo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, AEK FC's Kenneth Knudsen got control of the ball when Kai Jønlev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Arandojo came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by AEK FC's Carlinhos Trancoso. But to his dismay, Carlinhos Trancoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 85th minute 傅凌岚 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Arandojo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Talay SK's Kenneth Knudsen threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yunus Şabi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kai Jønlev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Kenneth Knudsen made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Remme in the 94th minute of play forced Talay SK's goalkeeper Marcos Arandojo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The AEK FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Talay SK's performance. The match ended with a win for Talay SK.
