Kang Han Zhen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vespasien Titus having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kang Han Zhen got free with Vespasien Titus in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, &La vieja Guardia&'s goal looked a bit too open when Semi Acartürk came free, but Fidel Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, MR7's goal looked a bit too open when Kang Han Zhen came free, but Vespasien Titus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of &La vieja Guardia& booed when MR7 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhou Zhan Liang didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kang Han Zhen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 40 played minutes MR7 got a freekick which was hit by Zhou Zhan Liang. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kang Han Zhen to make the kick off. Agnaldo Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Enginalp Vacit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Teofilio having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kang Han Zhen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vespasien Titus was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 94 minutes into the match, Kang Han Zhen notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of MR7's Vespasien Titus. Vespasien Titus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the MR7 players left disappointed.
