LosAndes666's Cecilio Gonza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Paulo Mendonça in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LosAndes666's Justo Elequemedo got a free kick in the 11th minute. Cecilio Gonza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Mandrak in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, LosAndes666's goal looked a bit too open when José Paulo Mendonça came free, but Cecilio Gonza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paulo Mendonça in the 19th minute of play forced LosAndes666's goalkeeper Cecilio Gonza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Frank Gonçalves put in a rough tackle. Retumbante FC's Fabinho Bittencourt was substituted for José Paulo Mendonça. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Retumbante FC! Retumbante FC's Apat Reina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Retumbante FC from getting a goal against them. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Retumbante FC's Naldo Sabóia was substituted for Basílio Cearense. The wind increased when Aldo Bizen made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Retumbante FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fernando Mota. In the 54th minute Aldo Bizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apat Reina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Retumbante FC's Michel de Queirós to fire away a dangerous shot which Cecilio Gonza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match Enzo-Nicolás Pérez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apat Reina showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
