Ted Almstedt took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Takis Zafiriou. Takis Zafiriou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Takis Zafiriou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Brogren in the 12th minute of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Ian Odén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Runa United's Nils-Erik Åhlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Runa United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zbyszek Pliszka was slow to take the kick. During this time Arvidsjaur FF's players had a chance to rest. Takis Zafiriou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Almstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21stth minute of the game Ted Almstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arvidsjaur FF's Takis Zafiriou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arvidsjaur FF's Takis Zafiriou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Eriksson in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Ian Odén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute Ted Almstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Takis Zafiriou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Runa United's Nils-Erik Åhlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Odén in the 41st minute of play. Takis Zafiriou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Rydberg in the 42nd minute of the match. The Arvidsjaur FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Runa United were winning 0-1.

Runa United's Aaron Lindberg was substituted for Florian Fittipaldi. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harry Boumans to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ian Odén's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After 55 minutes Runa United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zbyszek Pliszka who took care of the corner kick. Arvidsjaur FF's Zbyszek Pliszka was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Arvidsjaur FF's Takis Zafiriou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Eriksson in the 57th minute of play. After 57 played minutes Arvidsjaur FF got a freekick which was hit by Herodes Coya. Takis Zafiriou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Boumans in the 58th minute of the match. Arvidsjaur FF's Nikola Tesla was substituted for Zbyszek Pliszka. Arvidsjaur FF's Maximilian Glanselius was substituted for Herodes Coya. The corner led to Runa United's Frank Brogren getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Takis Zafiriou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Boumans, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Nikola Tesla shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Brogren got free with Takis Zafiriou in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nils-Erik Åhlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Arvidsjaur FF's Takis Zafiriou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Arvidsjaur FF from getting a goal against them. Takis Zafiriou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Boumans in the 85th minute of the match. With a little luck, Arvidsjaur FF's Takis Zafiriou got control of the ball when Frank Brogren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Takis Zafiriou was a little too slow when Valentin Rydberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Takis Zafiriou made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Harry Boumans sent off a good shot on target.
