František Huba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Atlético Capixaba's André Guimarães sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that František Huba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Wiliam Perez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Capixaba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Wiliam Perez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of František Huba. Arch Enemies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiliam Perez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 25 minutes into the match, Arch Enemies's goal looked a bit too open when André Guimarães came free, but František Huba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiliam Perez in the 30th minute of play forced Arch Enemies's goalkeeper František Huba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. František Huba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiliam Perez in the 32nd minute of play. František Huba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Makaj struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Samuel Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arch Enemies. After a rather tough play, Atlético Capixaba's João Marcos got a free kick in the 46th minute. The Arch Enemies players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Capixaba were winning 0-3.

In the 51st minute, Alessandro Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Wiliam Perez came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Atlético Capixaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiliam Perez couldn't finish the play. After 57 minutes Arch Enemies's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was João Marcos who took care of the corner kick. João Marcos made a great header on Atlético Capixaba's corner, it was just that Arch Enemies's František Huba managed to reach the ball for a save. Atlético Capixaba's Wiliam Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arch Enemies's Pepito Santandres was substituted for Miroslav Šípka. Atlético Capixaba made a substitution. Ramiro Tavares replaced Alessandro Araújo. Atlético Capixaba made a substitution. Atlético Capixaba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
